At Future You Letters, every letter experience is thoughtfully personalized and custom-created specifically for each customer based on the information provided during the ordering process.

Because of the highly personalized and labor-intensive nature of our products and services, please carefully review our policy below before placing your order.

💌 Personalized Letter Orders

All Future You Letters and Fictional Pen Pal Letters are custom-made and personalized specifically for you.

Due to the immediate time, creative work, emotional writing process, and labor involved in creating your personalized experience:

❌ All sales are final.

We do not offer:

  • refunds

  • returns

  • exchanges

  • cancellations

for:

  • one-time personalized letters

  • subscription letters already being processed

  • completed or mailed letters

  • digital questionnaires already submitted

  • personalized custom work already started

Work on your order may begin shortly after your purchase and/or after receiving your submitted responses, which is why cancellations are not permitted once an order has been placed.

✨ Subscription Cancellation Policy

Customers subscribed to recurring monthly letter experiences may cancel their subscription at any time to stop future recurring payments.

However:

❌ Subscription payments already processed are non-refundable.

If your current month’s letter has already entered the writing, preparation, production, or mailing process, that month’s order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Your cancellation will apply to future billing cycles only.

📬 Incorrect Addresses & Returned Mail

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete mailing address at checkout.

Future You Letters is not responsible for:

  • delays caused by shipping carriers

  • lost mail caused by incorrect addresses submitted by customers

  • undeliverable shipments due to customer address errors

If a letter is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping and handling fees may apply for reshipment.

  • uploaded files are readable

  • submitted information is accurate

  • handwriting scans/photos are legible

Future You Letters is not responsible for delays caused by unreadable or incomplete submissions.

⚖️ Right To Refuse Service

Future You Letters reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or discontinue communication at our discretion in cases involving:
