Because every Future You Letter and Fictional Pen Pal Letter is personalized and thoughtfully created specifically for each customer, please carefully review our policy below before placing your order.

💌 Personalized Custom Orders

All orders placed through Future You Letters are custom-made, personalized experiences created using the information submitted by each customer.

Due to the labor-intensive, creative, and personalized nature of our products and services:

❌ All sales are final.

We do not accept:

  • returns
  • refunds
  • exchanges
  • cancellations

for any personalized letter orders.

Work on your order may begin shortly after purchase and/or after we receive your submitted questionnaire, responses, or letter submission.

Because your order involves immediate creative work and personalized preparation, we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been placed.

✨ Subscription Orders

Customers subscribed to recurring monthly letter experiences may cancel future subscription renewals at any time.

However:

❌ Payments already processed are non-refundable.

If your current month’s personalized letter has already entered the writing, preparation, or fulfillment process, that order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Cancellation will apply to future billing cycles only.

📬 Returned Mail & Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

Future You Letters is not responsible for:

  • delayed shipments
  • lost mail caused by incorrect addresses
  • undeliverable packages due to customer error

If mail is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the letter.
