Because of the personalized and labor-intensive nature of our services, orders require processing and creative preparation time before shipment.

📦 Shipping Delays

Future You Letters is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • weather conditions

  • incorrect shipping addresses

  • international import delays

🏠 Correct Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

  • lost shipments due to incorrect addresses

  • undeliverable mail caused by customer address errors

If a package or letter is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
